A: No. In order to make our content viewable in almost any operating enviorment we
had to select a format that is common to almost all computers. By streaming flash for our
videos (which is "standard issue" on nearly every computer.) we now provide the
simplest, cleanest and most enjoyable experience.
* Visitors won't have to click and guess.
* No external program such as Quicktime, Windows Media or Real required.
* 98% of visitors won't have to do anything special to play our media.
Q: I'm having trouble viewing CardKiller videos, what do I do?
A: You need to update your web browsers flash plug-in click here to update or intall the
flash player

Q: How can I change my payment method or other types of account management?
A: This can be done inside the members area on your account page
Q: Can I access CardKiller from another computer other than the one I signed up
from?
A: You can access CardKiller from any computer with access to the Internet.
Q : If I cannot pay by credit card or paypal, can I transfer? How?
A: Yes. You can transfer through PokerStars, Full Tilt and Ultimate Bet but your payment
must be for at least 2 months.
